Once verified, providers receive a badge on their profile that is visible to all customers. This verification status is reviewed periodically and can be revoked if a provider's conduct or documentation falls below our standards. Providers who receive multiple negative reviews or are found to have submitted false credentials are permanently removed from the platform.
